50% up to € 2.5 million
30% over 2.5 up to € 10 million
10% over 10 up to € 20 million
For the year 2022
40% up to € 2.5 million
20% over 2.5 up to € 10 million
10% over 10 up to € 20 million
TYPE OF GOODS: 4.0 new capital goods interconnected to the company’s process systems BENEFICIARIES: all holders of business income PERIOD OF APPLICATION: from November 16, 2020 to December 31, 2022; the goods must be ordered from the supplier and his 20% advance must be paid by 31 December 2022 for deliveries by 30 June 2023; CUMULATION WITH OTHER CONCESSIONS: it is possible to accumulate with other concessions. You can have an additional 10% thanks to the rules of the Sabatini law which also facilitates payment in installments.
