During the welding phases, mixes of fumes and micro-powders are created which are very dangerous for humans if inhaled. In order to minimize these risks, Depureco has created its range of industrial vacuum cleaners for welding fumes, capable of responding to this need in a safe and efficient way. The range is divided into two macro groups:

WELDING FUME INDUSTRIAL VACUUMS WITH TROLLEY WITH EXTRACTOR ARM

In this group, we find aspirators equipped with a 3-meter articulated fume extraction arm with extractor hood and flow regulator. They can be wheeled or fixed to the wall depending on the operational need. The air is sucked in and filtered by a large cellulose filter for welding fumes.

WELDING FUMES INDUSTRIAL VACUUMS FOR SUCTION WELDING TORCHES

In this group, we find a range of solutions for the extraction of welding fumes directly from the suction torch. The smoke is aspirated in a localized way, right where the welding takes place, minimizing the risk for the operator. The aspirator can be for a welding torch, then a compact machine, portable on wheels up to centralized systems with multiple outlets at the same time, capable of covering a very large number of workstations.
