Nous avons con\u00e7u un syst\u00e8me d’aspiration sur mesure \u00e9quip\u00e9 de deux s\u00e9parateurs,<\/strong> qui permet d’aspirer et d’\u00e9liminer efficacement et simultan\u00e9ment <\/strong>de grandes quantit\u00e9s de filaments de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comment fonctionne l’implant?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La force de ce syst\u00e8me d’aspiration <\/strong>r\u00e9side dans les deux pr\u00e9-s\u00e9parateurs, <\/strong>qui permettent une aspiration et un refoulement simultan\u00e9s et altern\u00e9s. Lorsque le s\u00e9parateur 1 aspire, le s\u00e9parateur 2 refoule et vice versa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le temps d’\u00e9change<\/strong> entre les pr\u00e9-s\u00e9parateurs peut \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9 en fonction de la charge de travail, par exemple toutes les 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce syst\u00e8me garantit un cycle de travail continu et ininterrompu.<\/strong> Compte tenu des volumes importants de mat\u00e9riaux manipul\u00e9s, le d\u00e9chargement s’effectue dans de grands Big-Bags.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Vue d’ensemble du syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rateurs, <\/strong>les zones de d\u00e9chargement des s\u00e9parateurs sont prot\u00e9g\u00e9es par deux cages munies de barri\u00e8res. <\/strong>Lorsqu’un s\u00e9parateur est en cours de d\u00e9chargement ou en fonctionnement, la porte se verrouille, emp\u00eachant l’acc\u00e8s pour les activit\u00e9s de maintenance de routine. Cet \u00e9tat est signal\u00e9 visuellement par un syst\u00e8me de 4 feux clignotants: <\/strong>2 au-dessus des s\u00e9parateurs et 2 dans la zone de d\u00e9chargement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
