Pour \u00e9viter les explosions accidentelles, il est essentiel de prendre des pr\u00e9cautions appropri\u00e9es lors de la manipulation, du stockage et du traitement des mati\u00e8res combustibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le combustible est une substance qui peut br\u00fbler et r\u00e9agir avec l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant ainsi de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Les poussi\u00e8res combustibles sont des particules fines et s\u00e8ches qui peuvent br\u00fbler rapidement lorsqu&rsquo;elles sont expos\u00e9es \u00e0 une source d&rsquo;inflammation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La source d&rsquo;inflammation peut \u00eatre une \u00e9nergie externe, telle qu&rsquo;une \u00e9tincelle ou une flamme, qui entre en contact avec la poussi\u00e8re combustible et la fait d\u00e9flagrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dispersion du combustible est un autre facteur important dans le d\u00e9clenchement de l&rsquo;explosion. Avec l\u2019introduction des aspirateurs de classe ACD dans la version 2021 de la norme, elle traite des applications o\u00f9 il est n\u00e9cessaire de collecter des poussi\u00e8res combustibles dans des zones non class\u00e9es, en \u00e9tablissant des exigences de conception essentielles qui augmentent le niveau de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duisent l\u2019effort ainsi que les co\u00fbts associ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column col-span-12 md:col-span-4\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-en-62784-2018\">EN 62784:2018<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La norme EN 62784:2018 d\u00e9finit les exigences particuli\u00e8res pour les aspirateurs industriels et les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019extraction avec un niveau de protection de l\u2019\u00e9quipement (EPL) Dc, sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us pour collecter des poussi\u00e8res combustibles dans des environnements class\u00e9s Zone 22. Environ 90 % du march\u00e9 des aspirateurs industriels antid\u00e9flagrants requiert des \u00e9quipements EPL Dc, puisque la Zone 22 repr\u00e9sente la condition op\u00e9rationnelle la plus fr\u00e9quente.
