Le <strong>recyclage du noir de carbone <\/strong>s&rsquo;effectue par un processus de pyrolyse: les piles sont ensuite d\u00e9mont\u00e9es et bris\u00e9es en leurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs, qui subissent un traitement thermique dans un <strong>four sans oxyg\u00e8ne<\/strong>. Il en r\u00e9sulte un m\u00e9lange de substances liquides et gazeuses qui subit un processus de raffinage au cours duquel le noir de carbone est s\u00e9par\u00e9, afin de le r\u00e9int\u00e9grer dans le processus de production de batteries ou dans d&rsquo;autres secteurs de production.
