La <strong>pr\u00e9vention de la contamination<\/strong> est une priorit\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;industrie alimentaire: l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un aspirateur de four permet d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer rapidement les miettes, les r\u00e9sidus de cuisson et la farine br\u00fbl\u00e9e. La pr\u00e9sence de ces r\u00e9sidus \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du four peut compromettre la cuisson de la prochaine fourn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>fours \u00e0 \u00e9tages <\/strong>sont couramment utilis\u00e9s dans les boulangeries industrielles. Ce type de four est tr\u00e8s pratique, car il permet de produire un grand nombre de pi\u00e8ces simultan\u00e9ment. Toutefois, en raison de leur taille, leur nettoyage peut prendre beaucoup de temps s&rsquo;il est effectu\u00e9 manuellement, en particulier entre deux
