INDUSTRIAL PAINTING AND SANDBLASTING

In the sandblasting and industrial painting industry there are sands, often very heavy and fine dust, which must be sucked up, transported, or disposed of according to the application area.
Depureco Industrial Vacuums has designed a range of powerful and reliable industrial vacuums to be able to work in total safety even in the most difficult conditions.

For sandblasting it is possible to use specific industrial vacuum cleaners equipped with a high-depression side channel turbine. These vacuum models are suitable for vacuuming even very heavy materials such as corundum grit, silica, and other sandblasting materials. For the heaviest applications, it is possible to use specific anti-abrasion reinforcements both on the aspirator and on any cyclonic collection hoppers. Where potential explosive dust is present, Depureco has a wide range of ATEX-certified vacuums, with specific certification for IIIC conductive dust.
As regards industrial painting, in particular the one made with epoxy powders, it is possible to use different solutions, from compact mobile machines to powerful centralized suction systems with automatic dust collection systems and bagging in big bags.
