CVS ROOTS is a high vacuum suction unit for centralized suction systems characterized by extreme power and reliability. Equipped with a powerful lobe pump with three-lobe rotors, available in different motorizations, it has been designed to meet all suction requirements with large quantities of material in heavy industries. It is supplied with an electrical panel, soundproof cabin, inlet silencer, vacuum limiting valve, non-return valve, belt and pulley transmission, and base with belt tensioners and anti-vibration mounts.
CVS ROOTS is combined with a filtration and collection unit to feed centralized systems with numerous suction points, even at different heights or levels.

Highlights
The suction unit is a Roots-type volumetric pump with tri-lobe rotors, driven by a belt and pulley transmission. Its specific construction geometry allows for generating a very high vacuum level, ensuring maximum suction power and continuous operation with reduced maintenance.
Two pass-through guides located on the bottom facilitate handling of the unit by forklift truck
