The DF 40 DEX 1/3D is a powerful industrial wheeled dust collector certified for the extraction of conductive and combustible volatile dusts, including type IIIC, in Atex 22 explosion risk areas. Equipped with a powerful Atex-certified three-phase fan, the DF 40 DEX 1/3D is capable of generating very high air flow rates and can be used with an articulated arm, extraction hood, or by direct connection to machinery or process lines.

Highlights
Suction is generated by an Atex-certified electric fan specially designed to ensure the best air flow rate while maintaining a good vacuum level.
Filtration is provided by a polyester star filter in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with a dirty filter.
Thanks to its 1D – Zone 20 certified chamber, the vacuum cleaner guarantees maximum safety and compliance when vacuuming combustible or conductive dusts (Group IIIC), even when these are contained within the unit.
The material is collected inside an AISI 304 stainless steel container, complete with a metal handle that allows its release, to avoid any sparks that could be generated by the electrostatic charge.
