Accessories SFT 450 Hopper-type filter separator
The filtering pre-separators are essential units for centralized suction systems. They protect the suction unit and allow the material collected inside to be discharged in big bags, containers or process belts. The filtering system is composed of cartridge filters with a system of alternating air counter-current cleaning, which allows the filters to be cleaned effectively without having to interrupt the suction.

Highlights
The tangential inlet facilitates the deposition of the sucked material due to the cyclonic effect.
Automatic filter cleaning system in reverse flow of air at 6 bar (compressed air not supplied as standard). Each filter is cleaned at regular, adjustable intervals alternately without interrupting suction. Ideal for fine and difficult dust.
Filtration is ensured by polyester cartridge filters in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with dirty filter.
A specific discharge system, intermittent or continuous, can be installed depending on operational needs.
