In the paper processing industry, the presence of dust represents a constant challenge: light, volatile, and potentially hazardous if not managed properly. To ensure reliability and production continuity, Depureco offers the HF 30 S Atex Zone 22 industrial vacuum, equipped with integrated safety systems.
Main features
The HF 30 S Z22 is a fixed high-power industrial vacuum, ideal for dust, solids, and processing residues. It can be configured with different discharge systems for integration into large centralized systems.
- Atex-certified side channel blower, 20 kW
- Double-level filtration system (M + H14)
- Double discharge with electropneumatic guillotine valves
Double-level filtration
The primary filter is equipped with:
- 4 cylindrical cartridges in antistatic polyester, M class
- A total filter surface of 160,000 cm²
- An automatic SP filter cleaning system (compressed air, not included as standard)
The vacuum is also equipped with an additional Hepa H14 filter.
Integrated safety systems [H2]
Since paper dust is a combustible and potentially explosive material, to prevent the risks of possible deflagrations the vacuum is equipped with two integrated safety systems: a flameless vent panel and a CO₂ extinguishing system.
Flameless vent panel
The flameless vent panel is designed to contain the flame front and the overpressure generated by a possible explosion. Particularly useful for indoor applications.
CO₂ extinguishing system
The CO₂ extinguishing system is installed directly on the vacuum filter to prevent a fire outbreak from spreading. A CO₂ tank connected to the filtering section releases the gas in case of abnormal temperature increase (around 110 °C).
Discharge system
The HF 30 S Z22 is equipped with a double electropneumatic guillotine discharge system, which allows the continuous discharge of material without interrupting suction. The two guillotine valves open alternately, allowing the material to be evacuated while maintaining constant vacuum and ensuring uninterrupted operation of the vacuum.
