Finding the “quietest” industrial vacuum is a challenge, as the power and airflow required for industrial use often produce a certain level of noise. However, manufacturers are investing in noise reduction technologies such as motor insulation and low-noise fans. To identify a relatively quiet industrial vacuum, look for a specified noise level in decibels (dB) — ideally below 70–75 dB, which is considered good for this category.
