DV-AIR ATEX Z22 is the filter unit par excellence useful for large centralized systems with important quantities of dust, even very fine. With DV-AIR ATEX Z22 it is possible to operate at several points of the company at the same time, with different operators, and to move large quantities of material over great distances. Inside the filter there are 4 large-surface filter cartridges in antistatic polyester (340,000 cm2), certified in class M with a filtration efficiency of 1 micron, to vacuum electrostatically charged dust in total safety. The four cartridges can be covered with a protective sock, to protect the filters during the aspiration of grains. A side window allows you to carry out maintenance on the filters with extreme simplicity. The DV-AIR ATEX Z22 unit can be equipped with various automatic pneumatic unloading systems to maximize productivity and facilitate unloading into Big-bags.
