The BL 45 DEX 1/3D – 1/2D INERT is an Atex-certified industrial vacuum cleaner designed for the safe extraction of conductive metal dusts, thanks to an explosion-proof system specifically designed to immerse the extracted dusts in liquid and inert them, even type IIIC dusts. The dust is immersed directly in a bath of inert liquid (not supplied) present in the container, ensuring a safe working environment. A convenient, patented quick-release coupling system simplifies the detachment and reconnection of the container with a simple movement without the need for tools, making dust disposal simple and safe.

Highlights
The vacuum unit is a powerful Brushless motor, suitable for continuous work. Two filters are installed on the vacuum cleaner head: one to protect the motor and the other placed on the air outlet. The air that comes out is totally filtered
Thanks to its 1D – Zone 20 certified chamber, the vacuum cleaner guarantees maximum safety and compliance when vacuuming combustible or conductive dusts (Group IIIC), even when these are contained within the unit.
