The SWAN Z22 industrial vacuum cleaner is the ideal solution for the pharmaceutical industry. Equipped with a high-performance side channel blower, it is a compact and versatile model, capable of working in total safety even with the most difficult powders. A large surface M class filter with a manual cleaning system is provided as standard. On request, it is possible to install an automatic filter cleaning system with high efficiency that allows you to work 24 hours a day without intervening on the machine. In addition, an optional H14 filter is installed. The container is easily detachable and removable. Both the container and the filter chamber are available in AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel.

SUCTION UNIT

The main filter is made of sturdy antistatic polyester. Inside the fabric, there is a conductive net which avoids any electrostatic charge. The star shape ensures a large filter surface in a compact space and the passage of the air also when the filter is dirty. The fabric of the filter is M class (BIA | EN 60335-2 -69) certified. It means that all particles until 1 micron are stopped by the filter, so as to protect the blower and the operator around the vacuum cleaner.

SUCTION INLET

The tangential inlet is designed to ease the process of pushing the material down the bin. A sturdy metal cyclone welded inside the chamber slows the material's entry speed considerably down so that it falls directly inside the bin. This way, the filter is efficiently protected, minimizing clogging risk.
FILTERING ELEMENT
 

FILTERING ELEMENT

Through the lever installed on the front part of the machine, it is possible to operate the mechanism that keeps the container in working position. Once lowered, the container can then be easily extracted to empty it thanks to the two ergonomic handles
