LIQUIDS

Within the production areas of companies in different industrial sectors, spills of water, oils, or other liquids may occur during production processes. These represent a risk for workers operating in the work area, as they can slip, and come into contact with liquids that are sometimes harmful to humans, and the liquids themselves if left to drain into the drainage drains represent a serious risk for the environment. If liquids are polluting, it is not possible to absorb them with sawdust, sepiolite, or other absorbent materials as they compromise proper disposal in accordance with the law. It is, therefore, necessary to intervene in time to collect and dispose of them in the most correct way.

Depureco offers a very wide range of industrial vacuums capable of collecting liquids (and powders) in total safety for both the environment and the operator. Industrial vacuum cleaners for liquids can be equipped with special filters, even coalescing, to stop micro drops that may otherwise be inhaled by the operator working with the vacuum cleaner. In addition, each vacuum cleaner is equipped with an overflow system, which can be mechanical or electrical depending on the model of industrial vacuum cleaner chosen.

In some models, it is also possible to prepare a submersible booster pump which, together with a special non-return valve, allows the liquid to be sucked and discharged at the same time. On request, it is possible to have the containers of the vacuum cleaners in AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel for food use
