The DF 40 DEX 3/3G is a powerful industrial wheeled dust collector certified for the extraction of volatile dust in areas at risk of explosion (Atex 2) due to the presence of gas. Equipped with a powerful Atex-certified three-phase fan, the DF 40 DEX 3/3G is capable of generating very high air flow rates and can be used with an Atex articulated arm, extraction hood, or by direct connection to machinery or process lines.

SUCTION UNIT

Suction is generated by an Atex-certified electric fan specially designed to ensure the best air flow rate while maintaining a good vacuum level.

FILTER UNIT

Filtration is provided by a polyester star filter in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with a dirty filter.

FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM

An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.

COLLECTION UNIT

The material is collected inside an AISI 304 stainless steel container, complete with a metal handle that allows its release, to avoid any sparks that could be generated by the electrostatic charge.
