The TX 400 Z22 industrial vacuum cleaner stands out for its power, maneuverability, and compactness. Equipped with a side channel blower, ATEX Z22 certified, it is ideal for continuous work without the need for maintenance. Inside the industrial vacuum, there is a large surface filter in antistatic polyester (24,000 cm2), M class certified with a filtration efficiency of 1 micron. A different filter can be installed depending on the application. The unit can be equipped with an absolute filter H14 on request. A large 65 or 100 Lt AISI 304 steel release container on wheels allows you to easily empty the vacuumed material.

SUCTION UNITThe suction unit is an ATEX certified side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. Furthermore, to guarantee safe work, the unit is equipped with a safety valve which, in the event of obstruction in the vacuuming elements, prevents overheating.

FILTERING ELEMENTThe filtration is guaranteed by a sturdy polyester filtering cartridge. The cartridge is made to ensure large filter surface in a compact space. This way air can pass through when the filter is dirty too. The filter is M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69) certified. It stops the particles till 1 micron, preserving the motors and the operator.

FILTER SHAKEROn one side of the filter chamber there is an ergonomic manual shaker through which the operator can easily and quickly clean the filter, removing any dust and debris from its surface. Thanks to this smart cleaning system the operator can carry on working without needing to change or wash the filter.

COLLECTION BINThe material is collected inside a painted container equipped with a metal handle which enables the bin to be detached from the machine. Thanks to its 4 swiveling wheels, the bin can be easily moved and emptied. Each wheel is reinforced to guarantee maximum stability during handling.
