STATIONARY INDUSTRIAL SYSTEM


The PUMA FIX 18 P has a high airflow double-stage side-channel blower in parallel that ensures a maximum flow rate of 1120 m3/h. The vacuum breaker safety valve is installed as standard. An inverter is installed in the electrical panel so that the power of the vacuum cleaner can be modulated according to the number of nozzles used in the system. The tangential intake together with the sturdy cyclone welded inside the filter chamber guarantee excellent efficiency even with the finest dust. The material, entering tangentially, meets the cyclone and due to the friction generated, loses speed and falls directly into the container. This system is extremely useful to protect the filter from the vacuumed material. The filter media consists of 4 Class M high grammage aluminized polyester cartridges (certified by BIA Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut fürArbeitssicherheit) with a 1µ filtration efficiency. An automatic counter-blowing system means that the filters always stay clean, even with the most difficult dust. Cleaning operations are completely autonomous and operator involvement is not required. Depureco's PUMA FIX 18 P industrial vacuum is equipped with a handy and sturdy 175 L container, fitted with a release system, which allows the operator to collect the vacuumed material and conveniently dispose of it. To facilitate handling the container, there are 4 castor wheels mounted on reinforced supports so that it can be handled easily even when it contains several kg of material. A kit is available on-demand for handling and unloading the container with a forklift.

The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The side channel blower is equipped with a safety valve to guarantee continued work in complete safety, without any maintenance. The blower is also equipped with a metal silencer to maintain a low noise level.
FILTERING ELEMENT
 

FILTERING ELEMENT

The filtration is guaranteed by a filter cartridge in antistatic polyester. The cartridge has been developed in order to maintain a large surface in a compact space enabling the air to flow through it even when the cartridge is dirty. The cartridge is classified as M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69). This means that all particles till 1 micron are stopped by the filter so as to protect the blower and the operator around the vacuum cleaner.

The tangential inlet is designed to ease the process of pushing the material down the bin. A sturdy metal cyclone welded inside the chamber slows the material's entry speed considerably down so that it falls directly inside the bin. This way, the filter is efficiently protected, minimising clogging risk.

The material is collected inside a painted container equipped with a metal handle which enables the bin to be detached from the machine. Thanks to its 4 swiveling wheels, the bin can be easily moved and emptied. Each wheel is reinforced to guarantee maximum stability during handling.
