Light materials, volatile powders, vapors, and fumes spread easily in the workplace and it is difficult to contain them before they involve surfaces, machinery, and everything in the surrounding environment.

To respond to this problem, Depureco has designed various models of industrial vacuum cleaners useful for capturing suspended particles, light aluminum and PVC shavings, welding fumes, and oily mists. Each vacuum cleaner has been designed to be compact and transportable in any working environment. Depureco is also able to supply articulated extraction arms, in a standard version or in ATEX certified AISI 304 stainless steel. Each arm is articulated and has a length of 3 meters with a suction hood where the airflow is adjustable by means of a practical manual butterfly valve. It is also possible to use different types of filtration, from classic polyester bag filters in category M as standard (filtration efficiency up to 1 micron), to NOMEX filters for high temperatures (up to 250 ° C), Teflon-coated filters for materials wet and sticky, PTFE filters for the toughest powders.

There is also the possibility of equipping the aspirator with filter cartridges in sturdy antistatic aluminized polyester, with an automatic counter-current cleaning system of alternating air. For the filtration of fumes, the aspirators are equipped with special cellulose filters designed for welding fumes. While special multi-stage coalescing filters are used for the filtration of oil mists.
